    Career Success Schools are governed by a five member school board.

    The members of the governing board are responsible for prescribing and enforcing policies and procedures for the governance of CSS that are consistent with Arizona laws and rules and policies prescribed by the Arizona Department of Education and the Arizona State Board for Charter schools.
    Board meeting notices and agendas identifying the date,time,location's and topics to be discussed are posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting on this website and at each CSS campus administration office.

    Vote by mail

    1. Request your mail-in ballot with a mail ballot application.
    2. Fill out the application completely.
    3. Submit the request to your local election office. You should request your ballot as far in advance of the election as possible. The deadline to request a ballot by mail is (received by) Friday, October 23, 2020.
    4. When your ballot arrives, read it carefully and follow the instructions to complete it and return it.

    Average salary of all teachers employed in budget year 2022 - $49,698
    Increase in average teacher salary from the prior year 2022 - $1,383

    Average salary of all teachers employed in budget year 2018 - $39,785
    Increase in average teacher salary since 2018 - $11,296.00
