Setting goals are important to maintain focus and direction. Building on the curriculum audits that were conducted at every school, we are in a good position to define common goals, align resources, and take strategic action.    

1. Bring Career Success into full compliance in all state and federal budgets and school improvement plans through creating an aligned instructional design across the organization.  

2. Establish a supportive, positive, and effective district climate and culture, singularly focused on the improvement of student achievement, using a continuous improvement model.

3. Increase organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

4. Create a District Strategic Plan that incorporates the curriculum audit recommendations in conjunction with creating an aligned Campus Improvement Plan for each individual school.

5. Develop and ensure effective district governance through a systems-thinking approach.
