Goal 1
To ensure all students understand their current levels of performance in reading, writing, and mathematics and how these levels relate to their personal goals.
Objective 1: All students will have a teacher advisor to counsel them on their current academic performance and to coach them on making improvements throughout their experience with Career Success Schools.
Objective 2: All students will complete a diagnostic assessment to clearly define their current levels of performance in reading, writing and mathematics.

Objective 1: All students will develop an Individual Career Plan to include a career interest inventory and the selection of a career choice.

To provide students with appropriate educational and vocational transition opportunities.
Objective 1: All students will be provided the opportunity to participate in the in-house vocational programs and community college courses for dual enrollment.
Objective 2: All students will be provided with the opportunity to participate in work based learning experiences after completing a resume, job application and selection of their career choice.
