- Property tax bill
- Residential lease or rental agreement
- Water, electric, gas, cable or phone bill
- W-2 wage statement
- Payroll stub
- Certificate of tribal enrollment or ID issued by Indian tribe that contains AZ address
- Documentation from a state or federal government (Social Security Administration)
